This workshop isn’t about fear or tragedy, it’s about self-empowerment. Its purpose is to make you think: “If I were to die tomorrow, have I actually maximized my growth in the time that I had?” Most of us have heard of a “Bucket List” – which is a list of things to do. Your “F*ck-it” List is about who we want to become. It’s about letting go of the things that hold us back, and learning how to make the most of our precious time.

In this 90-minute introductory workshop intensive, you will learn how to begin compiling your “F*ck-It List” and embarking on a journey towards true growth. Shelly will review essential “F*ck-It” List techniques with you including: Relaxing, Letting Go, Accepting, Watching Impartially, Conscious Breathing.

After 20 years in Corporate America, Shelly finally said “F#ck It” and now teaches “modern-life mindfulness” full-time.
