Learn to find balance on your board. Grab your skateboard (longboard or blades) for a radically different kind of mindfulness journey on Saturday, November 11th at 9 am. Its FREE.
Shred some stress and glide into the moment on a 4.5-mile skate along the Pompano Airpark Trail. Join me and a bunch of new friends for a flat and free-spirited ride into your personal state of Zen. All ages and skill levels welcome. This isn’t a race. It’s a journey. Set your own pace for a fully aware and appreciative good time. Afterwards, cool down with a few Bloody Mary’s at Galuppi’s.
