Join us for a 2-day nonresidential retreat and book signing with Sharon Salzberg to learn how we can cultivate and experience Real Love. We will explore love as an art of mindful connection to deepen our ability to connect with others and ourselves, strengthen our practice, and improve our wellbeing and joy.

Sharon Salzberg is one of the world’s leading meditation teachers. She co-founded the Insight Meditation Society in Barre, Massachusetts, and is acclaimed for her down to earth teaching style. She is the author of nine books, including New York bestseller Real Happiness and her recently published Real Love.
This lecture is part of the Mindfulness Lecture Series of the UMindfulness Research & Practice Initiative, an interdisciplinary collaboration across the University of Miami to engage novel implementation and cutting-edge brain research on contemplative training.
