Join the Sand Tribe at our “sand away from home” at Los Cardones Ecolodge on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. This 4 night/5 day gathering is not your typical meditation retreat – its a summer camp for adults.  We focus on connection, having fun mindfully and creating a shift that lasts long after we leave the sandy shores of Nicaragua.

Daily activities include: meditation classes, yoga classes, workshops, volunteer opportunities at a local village, horseback riding, surf lessons, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking and more!

Retreat also features a one-day excursion to the crater lake of Apoyo, a hike to the active volcano of Masaya and a visit to the historic port town of Granada.

All-inclusive pricing covers accommodations, three meals per day, transfers to and from the airport in Managua, volunteer trip, one-day excursion to Apoyo/Masaya/Granada, all workshops and classes.
